The Club was founded in 1996 with Philip Davies The Gornal (HUK Board Member at time) along with Harri Evans of Anglesey two main players involved. A major benefit has been allowing the Young Breeders to take part in National Competitions and activities. One of the highlights being organising the Centenary year weekend rally in 1909 based at Plas Newydd on Anglesey. Aled Jones current HUK Trustee having also taken a leading role as the Clubs first HYB Co-ordinator. Members continue to enjoy the Stockjudging evenings, Herd Competition whilst the youngsters look forward keenly to competing at Annual Calf Show to qualify for All Britain Calf Show.
