Christmas Show and Sale and Harfat Trophy Event

Held at Whitland on Tuesday December 1st, 2020 the judge, Frazer Wyatt, Pencnwc had his work cut out having a good entry full of quality to judge in the pens. This young breeder did not take long to find the winners backing his judgment through buying the champion milker and the Harfat Trophy winner. Best on the day was the winning senior heifer from the Gorwyn herd of Castell Gorwyn Farm Ltd that reached £2,500 with reserve spot to an entry from Rhydsais Cyf, the winning junior heifer that made £2,200 on a day which saw the show winners averaging £2,244.44.

Compliments of the season to everyone and let us now pray for a 2021 that brings normality back to our lives. We will have our Annual General Meeting in April though the format will depend on regulations in force at that time. 2020 is a year we will never forget though probably one we wish we had never seen!
