Please note that only individuals and Limited Companies or other Corporate bodies may become Members in their individual capacity. Partnerships, firms or companies (e.g. J Brown & Sons or G Jones & Co), not registered under the Companies Act cannot become members but may be represented by an individual partner.

By completing this form, you agree to the following statement:

I/We hereby apply for membership of Holstein UK as an Individual/Corporate body subject to the Memorandum and Articles of Association and Bylaws of the Society, and I /We hereby have not previously been a member of the society.

Please supply four choices as prefixes may not be registered if already used by another member.

Prefixes must be shown as one word and include no more than 16 characters

Under the General Data Protection Regulation as of 25th May 2018, we are obliged under European law to protect your data. As an organisation, we won’t be able to publish any of your personal data unless you allow us to do so. This data includes publishing your name next to your prefix in The Journal (including classification results, top lists, etc.), captioning a photo of you with your name, publishing your contact details on the website if you are on the judging panel or a club secretary and so forth. All you need to do in order to allow us to publish this personal data from time-to-time is to “opt in”.

Gift Aid is reclaimed by Holstein UK from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Your address is used to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.

Full membership: £70.00 (ex. VAT)

Associate membership: £42.00 (ex. VAT)
