April proof release – Genus ABS strong in the £PLI charts

Genus ABS are delighted that 11 of their bulls now reside in the top 20 £PLI genomic sires, according to the latest AHDB published lists. In addition, 7 of those top 11 sires are available through Sexcel; sexed genetics which provide a 90% conception rate in comparison to conventional semen.

Looking at the latest sires:
Boghill Glamour APPLAUD is the first De-Su 14673 Appeal son to hit the market. APPLAUD provides high £PLI (+£875) alongside the rare and desirable combination of Production, fertility, (+708KG Milk) and (+12.1) daughter fertility, respectively.

This proof run provides the greatly anticipated release of Rubels Red son, Koepon OH RYDER RED. Ryder red is truly a unique sire in his own right. He offers an unrivalled linear profile with (+2.63) Type Merit with exceptional confirmation traits, superb mammary systems (+2.76) and high production (+845kgs) Milk.
