Solar PV for a Sustainable Future

The Holstein UK Group have taken further steps towards a sustainable future with the installation of roof-mounted solar PV system on their new building at Hortonwood, Telford.

A grant application was submitted through the MarRE (Marches Renewable Energy) which enables applicants to apply for a 50% grant toward new installations of renewable technologies on premises.

The completed solar PV installation project is supported by the England European Regional Development Fund as part of the European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme 2014-2020.

The solar PV installation will generate 49.28 KwP of renewable energy saving an estimated 12.83 tonnes of CO2 per year.
