Holstein UK Price Changes

Holstein UK is currently experiencing unprecedented increases across the majority of its direct costs.

In light of this, the Board of Trustees have reluctantly agreed that a price increase needs to be applied from 1st November 2022, to ensure Holstein UK can continue to support both its membership and the Herd Book.

The impact of these changes is summarized in the table below:

From 1^st November 2022, there will be no late fees issued and the requirement to DNA full parentage check animals registered over 60 days from their birth will be removed. There will be a new requirement to DNA full parentage check 2% of Whole Herd Grade Up animals. The requirement to DNA full parentage check male calves and ET calves prior to registration, by genomic testing, will remain.
